Each class is a work out. Every student is expected to put as much effort into their training as possible each week, and they are rewarded with improvements that can be tested in bi-annual tournaments. If you’re looking to lose weight, tone up and work out in a safe environment, consider our classes as an alternative to traditional exercise spaces.
